United Church Dorchester has a range of reasonably priced, well equipped rooms for both one-off and regular hire. The Church itself is also available for concerts and rehearsals.

Prices
Our rooms are available for four-hour sessions: 9.00am - 1.00pm, 1.30pm - 5.30pm and 6.00pm - 10.00pm

Terms and Conditions

The management of United Church Dorchester reserves the right to refuse hire
=
No alcohol may be kept or consumed on the premises
=
Hirers must complete a hiring agreement and return it in advance of the booking
=
The room(s) hired and all furniture and fittings must be left as found. Heating and ventilation settings must be left as found
=
The hirer shall report spillages, breakages or damage to the office and will be responsible for the cost of replacement, repair or cleaning
=
No smoking is permitted on the premises

Rooms must be vacated by the time agreed for the end of the session as stated on the booking form. Failure to do this may give rise to additional charges.

United Church Dorchester will not be responsible for any accidents or injury to persons or property nor any loss or damage to personal property. The hirer is responsible for providing public liability and equipment insurance cover. The church may require written proof of such cover before agreeing to a booking. Appropriate risk assessments by the hirer should be undertaken.

United Church Dorchester gives priority to church activities, and may, from time to time, be obliged to rearrange bookings
=
United Church Dorchester takes safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults very seriously, and will ask hirers to comply with its safeguarding policy unless an organisation already has an appropriate policy in place.
